  • I recently refinanced my auto loan at this branch, and not only were my financial needs met, but the experience was made so pleasant by the staff there, I have officially moved all of my banking to to CCCU. Amber and MaryAnn were extremely nice and patient with all of my questions, and took care of all my needs (I can be quite needy) right on the spot. Then the branch manager, Ron, met with me personally to ensure I was taken care of. You just don't get that level of service at most places, let alone banks.
