  • This is the worst Krispy Kreme ever. The worst. It used to be a tradition that I brought my husband and his work buddies donuts from her once a week. That stopped today. 7/10 times I've gone they get my order wrong. They work at a donut shop. There are only so many choices. How hard is it? And if it's me and I'm not speaking clearly just say "I'm sorry j didn't understand". Nope. Today I ordered 4 donuts. 3 of the ones I received were not ones I ordered. The one that was correct was supposed to be cream filled. It had the hole for the cream, but was empty. This is not the first time we have gotten empty cream filled donuts either! And it's just obvious the lack of work ethic in this shop. I come from a background of if you're going to do something, even if it's a stupid job, take pride in your work and people will notice. That is obviously not the philosophy of this establishment. I know what you're thinking. They're just donuts it's not a big deal. You are so correct! Which is why I kept going, because who cares-they are fried sugar still... No need to be picky. But after awhile it gets annoying handing your money over to sloppy teenagers who can't even be bothered take an order or fill a donut. I'll be going to the stoner filled dunkin donuts by my house to continue this tradition from now on. At least it's cheaper and even with their crappy customer service their inferior product is still made properly.
