  • A little heads up for anyone choose to go to this clinic for family doctor in the future. I went to the same doctor for the last 3 years for physical and a fasting and I only had to paid around $30 for the blood work and the physical was covered with UHC. 4 months ago I went to do the same thing, and just last week i got a letter from mountain park saying I owe little over $100 for the physical and close to $50 for the blood work. So i had to called UHC to find out why it was so much, I found out the past two year for physical they charged me under the Dr's billing account which it was a in network tax ID, but this last time it was a different doctor that saw me, and she charged her patient to under mountain park health center group name which is was out of network, that's why i had to pay so much versus nothing before for a physical. You would thought the doctor will let you know ahead as a courtesy if they switched from in network to out of network, but no, so they don't lose any patients because they switched the billing network. I mean who would choose an out of network office to pay way more for a physical that should be cover, I certainly would not!! Especially there are other better doctor office in other area, I would definitely not go in if i would have known i will be charged out of network, and that's why they don't tell you. Definitely don't recommend this place to anyone since the way they handle how they charge the patient, they don't even tell you about in or out of network as a courtesy ahead of time, especially they asked if I still have UHC at the time of check in and know exactly which doctor was going to see me.
