  • I do not like to post poor reviews but 'BA HUMBUG!' on this dealership. I have been looking at purchasing a used Chrysler Pacifica. Wife and I were shopping and decided to stop in at this dealership as we were in the Autopark area. We were greeted by 'Joe' and advised him as to I was looking for a used vehicle. Apparently this is a large lot as he stated they had over 11,000 vehicles there. He drove us for what seemed like a quarter mile to several NEW Pacificas. Though nice I reminded him I was wanting a USED one. He then drove us back to where there were two similar used Pacificas. After looking at both he started to give me the car salesman lines of 'What # works for you to buy this?' and similar comments. I said go in and come out with the bottom line price including tax, title, etc. We were waiting outside and a few minutes later he came back with a price that was easily $2k more than I had seen similar Pacificas on Carfax and I calculated in the total cost. Also when I first spoke to him I mentioned I had seem few Pacificas at Bill Luke. Joe stated that Bill Luke is 'corporate' and higher prices. Go look on the Bill Luke dealer websites and they clearly state 'family owned' (in retrospect we just should have drove away then). When I said that's too high so thanks he said 'don't waste my time' and walked back in. Ok - he was rude but the reason I AM writing this 1 star review (other than lying to me also) is due to the following. Where we were was a similar large building south of the building we drove in. As I mentioned this is a large lot. I took us a while to figure out where we were and our car was about 1000 feet north of where we were at the other building. Again two buildings look just the same but different signage - didn't know until I got my bearings. So what causes this review is this 'Joe' didn't offer to drive us back to our car as he knew where he met us as he saw us drive in. My wife has some medical issues (1 lung) so the walk was a bit difficult for her but in no way did we want any more contact with anyone at this dealership - we just wanted to get out of there and she in anger made the hike. I was going to walk in and complain to a manager but then somehow after an apology that would lead to an attempt to sell me a vehicle and there was no way in hell I am ever going to go back to this dealership let alone make a purchase with them. Just passing on my very poor experience of this 'family owned and therefore our prices are lower' dealership (Joe's words not mine - baloney). Before I wrote this I scanned other reviews and read a few about the same 'walk away' attitude if you do not buy. Maybe the reason they have so many vehicles is rude salespeople don't make sales. It also amazes me that people think your going to spend ~$30k without considering and comparison shopping or by trying to be 'pushed'.
