  • All I can say is, I'm giving most of my 5 star review for Randy Helfman. if you have adhd like me, take as many classes as possible with Randy. I had 6 instructors teach 10 classes and Randy taught 8. The info I learned and retained from Randys classes were at least 20-30% more than the other instructors. Not to say that any of the others were bad(although 1 of the older gentlemen who taught put me to sleep fast) I just happened to think Randy teaches in such an interactive, humorous way that really grabs everyone's attention. I liked Bill and Faye as well.
