Updating my review because I appreciate that the owner Linda contacted me to try and resolve the issue. I still feel the same way about the groomer I reviewed but I also understand that a business owner cannot be entirely responsible for all of the actions of their staff. Everyone has off days, my dog included. I believe that particular groomer was just not a good fit for my pup.
Linda was very kind and professional and she also offered me a free grooming done by herself. You can tell that she truly cares about her clients and their dogs. Based on my interactions with her I can see why they have so many loyal/happy customers and I feel confident updating my past review.
