  • Horrible to enroll in!!! After having applied for coverage in May 1917, I am still waiting for my packet which includes my membership card, when I paid for June 1st as the effective date of coverage. I have received mailings for "Next Steps in the enrollment process", I have called 3 times, and have even been promised overnight mail, but to no avail. Yes, there is a grievance process I was told, but I'll just post this everywhere I can as it is easier than their system & probably more effective.
