  • Stay away. The whole experience was terrible. I was shown to a phone kiosik to check in with an agent through a video-conference. That was not ideal. Do I want to hold an old school phone to my ear while trying to find reservation documents, holding my license up to the camera, etc? Disaster! I felt like I was visiting grand-ma at the penitentiary. Then I was set up in a car with nearly 60,000 miles? For what I paid, I expect something with under 10,000 miles.
