  • We've now been with OneGuard for nearly five years and two houses. Their service has been exemplary! They've rescued us twice when our air conditioning went out. We've never had to bicker with them about when technicians would arrive (we live in Houston, and if we'd tried on our own to get someone to the house it wouldn't have happened any sooner - they are all incredibly busy in the summer). I'm pretty sure we've received in services much more than we've paid in premiums. Prior to using OneGuard, we were with two other insurers, both of which sent out some really creepy and poorly-trained repairmen. That has never been the case with OneGuard. I just renewed for another year, and have peace of mind that when something important breaks, they'll get here and fix it.
