| - I do not play golf, but my daughter took me here for the Mothers day brunch. Egg station, prime rib, ham, potatoes , vegies, beautiful salad table with fresh shrimp and a dessert table that was delicious. Not to mention the mimosas!!
I am not a lover of the desert and this place took me out of it, it is so beautiful and refreshing, the waterfalls take you away and the green green green scenery is just lovely. You do not feel like you are in Vegas anymore.
I cannot say enough about most of the staff, they are new at this sort of thing so they don't have a full supply of wait staff and clearly some did not want to be there they were more used to being on the course however they did a nice job. Hence the 4 stars. The staff throughout the place was fabulous, helpful friendly, explain what the future of the place is and I am excited to go back!!
If you want something a little different than the flash on the strip head to Boulder you will not regret a beautiful tranquil lunch ( they are serving breakfast and lunch now and hopefully move to dinner).
I am grateful my daughter saw the flier so keep yours eyes peeled as they plan to have 2 brunch's a month .
