  • The reason I'm giving the low rating is because of two things: 1) I ensured that I was parked outside the zone of their parking (it's in a strip mall) because there was no sign where I parked and the sign that I did see had an arrow pointing in the other direction (see picture). I had to pick up an item at another store in that mall. While walking away a guy whistled from afar and shouted, "you can't park there!" he then turned around and walked away. Well since he didn't wait for my response I thought the conversation was over. Then a few seconds later I heard another shout "you can't park there" and now there were two guys from Koncept. My response was, "show me the sign that says I can't park there". They then shouted again "you can't park there". I then replied the same as before "show me the sign" (I had ensured that I wasn't parked in their zone). They then replied "if you don't move your car we are going to block you from getting out." I said, "OK do that and I will call the police." They mumbled something and went inside. I went to pick up what I had to pick up and after about 5 minutes I left. The people working there clearly have poor customer service skills and would rather bully people than talk to them like professionals. If they had been nice about it instead of acting the way they did I would be glad to move (even though I was well in my rights to park there). 2) After posting the above rating and review my original post was deleted because Koncept requested my review to be removed. Instead again of apologizing they took it upon themselves to cover up a TRUE experience. No company is perfect and no employee is perfect but then it's what you do afterwards that shows your true colours. The fact that a TRUE experience was covered up shows the lack of ownership by this company. I also need to add: I went in there to buy a snow brush and I got good service from a nice lady sitting behind a desk. Since I am a paying customer I have the rights to post this review as per the terms of service. If this post is again deleted by any admin of Yelp I will be escalating this as a violation of my rights to post a TRUE review from a paying consumer of this establishment. Thanks for reading.
