  • I have been living in Camden South End now for 4 months after moving to Charlotte from NYC and could not have imagined a better experience or apartment complex! After dealing with non-responsive landlords and property management groups in NYC; it's a breath of fresh air to have such an amazing front office at Camden South End. Whether it is offering a friendly smile when you walk in the office, helping to print or fax anything, or putting together community events the front office is truly the best in Charlotte! Besides the amazing location (5 minute walk from Uptown, easy access to the Light Rail at Carson or Bland, as well as the close proximity to everyone's favorite breweries), the list of positive attributes of Camden South End are endless. 24/7 access to the clubhouse, fitness center, and business center as well as a secure indoor parking garage are amazing amenities that don't go unnoticed. Additionally, the maintenance team is very responsive and is always willing to fix anything that is malfunctioning in the apartment, from changing lightbulbs, to unclogging shower drains the maintenance team is A+ and always comes to the apartment with a friendly smile on their face! Could not have imagine a better place to call home than Camden South End, living here has truly made the move from NYC to Charlotte seamless and a great experience. Would without a doubt recommend Camden South End to anyone looking to move to area!
