  • First time visit, I am a patient at another Absolute dental but decided to try this one since this location is closer. I am waiting with my husband and we have been here over 2 hours to get his teeth cleaned, we were on-time for the appointment, we waited over an hour just to have him get to the back then it's over an hour now and his teeth cleaning is still not complete. He got his last cleaning 3 months ago so it shouldn't take this long. Their is only 1 other person in the waiting room and she said she has been here for over 2 hours, and the last visit they forgot her scheduled appointment that she had written down on their card. She isn't coming back either. Horrible wait time, would not recommend. The office lady was really nice, don't know her name but she keep checking in on us, she is African American. The other ladies didn't care at all.
