  • I've been a customer of this place for five years & recently I've been having discoloration around the collar with most of my dress shirts from their laundry cleaning. On my last visit I dropped off 8 expensive shirts & specifically pointed this out to them to be extremely careful w/ the collars. Guess what..those shirts are all ruined & they insist it's not their process causing the discoloration. Basically I can not wear these shirts anymore, a loss of over $1000. Has anyone had a similar issue w/ this cleaner?
