  • I was referred by a friend that said they were very professional, with that being said here is my honest review. I called them and Violetta answered the call, extremely friendly and excellent service. Asked me all the questions she needed in a very relaxed manner. I never felt rushed or pushed, she was very polite the whole time. She set a time (2 hour window) for the plumber to come. I like this much better then other companies that tell you the day and have an 8 hour window (I hate that). Violetta also told me that someone will call me when the plumber is on the way. Guess what they did that! Gentleman (didn't get his name) called and told me that Chris (plumber) would be within 30 minutes. Twenty minutes later Chris shows up to see the issue, gives me a quote for the new faucet with labor, which I agree with and he goes to work. Chatted with him while he worked. Finished the job in about 30 minutes and was on his way. Would I use them again?? Absolutely! Would I recommend them to friends?? Absolutely!
