| - My poor review and complaint is listed below the line, but a follow up is necessary.
I got a call from an owner/manager at my house, If i give a real bad review, I think it warrants giving the business a chance to call you at home. I've had good/bad luck with this, but today it was, frankly, excellent.
The gentleman I spoke with admitted that his employees dropped the ball, that communication wasn't up to their usual standard, and that once a mistake had been identified, more options to fix it should have been taken.
He spoke as apologetically as I would, at my job, for a personal error, taking responsibility for the goof, and lack of empathy perceived. He offered better future service, and free shipping on our next order. While free is always nice, it is completely unnecessary, but the gesture is appreciated.
My review was for one star, I've upped it to two, and I'll see if the spouse wants to continue patronizing this business, I'll actually try to convince her to give it a second chance based on the conversation I just had.
If we can go a year without lackadaisical "tudes" I'll up the rating some more to a more neutral three stars, or more......stay tuned.
Perhaps you should give them a chance,
If you get what you think is poor service, an email to their contact email will most likely get a response in an effort to fix it. five stars for the effort to clean up the customer experience!

Despicable customer service, at Women's International Pharmacy
My wife has been over a week now without her hormones.
Confirmed fax's from our doctor not noticed.
Repeated fax's have to be confirmed over the phone ( what's the point?)
Requested fed-ex delivery put in our file.
Requested note to fed ex noted by pharmacist ( female)
Our RX was ground mailed. that can take up to ten days to alaska.
A request for another order filled and fed-ex'd denied, we will have to wait for the ground mail.
We are not talking about narcotics here.....just a hormone supplement.
Every woman out there, consider this?
How would you like someone to take your ovaries out for 10 plus days a month, at random, without your say. And when you ask to have them put back in tomorrow, your female pharmacist says....you'll have to wait up to another 10 days.
Their website says customer service is a priority...I THINK NOT!
thoughts that come to mind:
Bad, Condescending, Horrid, Degrading, Chemical Abandonment,
Ignored, Service and communication minimal.
I suspect the employees aren't treated very well by the owners,
why else would they not give a s#!t.
