  • Avoid these guys like the plague. Reserved them for a ride to the airport early in the morning on the day after Christmas, so understandably was concerned they would be here on time. Reserved on their website, was given a quote, agreed to pay half. So far, no worries. Then this morning I received a receipt for more than the full amount. Also noticed that they didn't seem to have the right address, since the email had a map location of a hotel downtown and we are way out in the 'burbs. So I called to clarify, trying to make sense of the numbers. Despite my order showing a lesser amount, he claimed he was seeing more, double the processing fee, etc. He didn't listen to me, and when I explained this was bad for them - since a misquoted price enabled me to dispute with my credit card company, he abruptly cancelled the reservation. Of course, as with most things, it worked out for the best. I found a different company with 94 all 5 star ratings on Yelp, made a reservation with them and it was $30 cheaper even including the bigger tip I agreed to. I guess I should thank these guys, they no doubt saved from being late for my flight and being ripped off worse. Highly recommend using another car service.
