  • Poor customer service is an understatement at this location. I had a coupon for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee. A man prepares my meal and I sat down. One of the employees comes over and takes my ice coffee away and states the coupon is for a hot coffee and not iced coffee. Wow. I will never come to a Bosa Donut again.
