  • 4-star review based on the fact that we booked a 2-queen room for 4 people at the Mandalay Bay, but were upgraded to the Delano for $20/night. So, we loved it since we were upgraded to a 2-room suite. The decor was very modern and clean. Beds were comfy and we had a decent amount of room to store our things. The room was very clean and our short interactions with the housekeeping staff were pleasant. Loved the additional 1/2 bath in addition to the super spacious main bathroom. The amenities were also really nice - access to the smaller/quieter Delano spa and the Delano pool were nice to have. It was also nice to be right downstairs from a decent lobby bar and coffee, and next to the elevators to the top floor lounge. And there was a quieter drop off/pick up area. It was overall nice to not deal with the larger crowds on the Mandalay Bay side. I can't comment on the front desk staff since we originally checked in at Mandalay Bay (where their front desk was excellent) and never had to interact with the front desk staff. Overall we had a nice stay!
