  • Long story short: This is the guy you want on your side. As a veteran of a half dozen real estate transactions, I've seen quite a bit of the good and bad of the business. This was my first experience with Trevor, and he was absolutely amazing to work with. Most important to me was his great understanding of the business in general and the art of the deal, his plain speaking, and (as a lifelong native) his thorough understanding of the Phoenix metro area. This was indispensable to me as a newcomer to Arizona. The fact that we were living hundreds of miles away during the entire transaction made the services of a solid agent that much more important, and he and his team delivered in every regard. He showed us a remarkable number of homes in a very short time period, was able to facilitate the transaction remotely, and everything was set up and ready to close almost a week before closing, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I've since purchased another property with his assistance. There were unexpected challenges with the HOA involved, and Trevor went the extra mile, even making a trip to the courthouse to request documents needed for closing. Unlike a good many of the professionals I have worked with, I would wholeheartedly suggest Trevor and look forward to working with him again.
