rev:text	What a Big Corporate Mess, starting with the unfriendly staff, legit they are mostly all assholes. They consistently double booked the raquetball courts and unapologetically let members fight it out on their own. They make you wait in a line while they finish playing with their cell phone to scan you in and will give you a dirty looks if you ever ask for help/say something isn't' working or ask if you maybe left your headphones there. The personal training program is the biggest scam ever, and the training staff, a whole new level of jerks who really dgaf. They have a complete disregard for your life, and will cancel/attempt to reschedule at the last minute, or swap your trainer for another one multiple times. They will lose the papers they have you fill out with your goals and starting measurements that they waste a good part of the first session on. They will make you feel wildly uncomfortable if you voice any opinion of how you are unsatisfied to the point where you leave the gym all together because walking by their desk you get evil looks from these "professionals." I sent in a multiple copies of a request with Dr.'s note and did everything right to cancel and their collection service is still occasionally calling me...two years later. I had to cancel the card connected with it. The equipment is beat up and dirty, the locker room perpetually smells and in the few months that I was there daily, I never once saw the pool emptied and properly cleaned. I actually thought the cardio cinema was cool and that some of the instructors for the classes were really great, but eff that place.
