  • This review is for the MAC counter at Nordstrom's. Every time my experience here get's worse. If you want to be ignored for 15 minutes and have to figure out what shade works for you on your own, this is the perfect place for you. I went in yesterday and tried to find a nude lipstick for my skin tone, and any beauty babe knows how challenging that is. I ended up having to ask another customer next to me which color she thought looked better because their make up artists don't care about you unless you are there for an appointment or are some 30 year old who looks like they'll blow a ton of money. Then when I asked a sales associate about lip liners, all she did was swatch them on her wrist. I could not tell which color would work best for me, especially since she was a completely different skin tone than I am. I don't know what is wrong with all the make up artists but they are the worst. They are too busy talking to each other and making themselves look like they are very busy. I visited the one at Santan Village inside of Dillard's and the service was 10 times better. Never coming to this Mac counter again, and I would never recommend anyone else come here either. It would probably be better to just shop online at this rate.
