This place is a true hidden gem. Mount Everest is by far my favorite Indian buffet in town and this review is way overdue.
When I think of buffet, I think of mediocre food lined up under the heat lamp. The food here is all good quality.
I really like the fact that they offer honey rice here. I can't handle spice too well and honey rice has a hint of sweetness that balances well with the spices from curry. I would highly recommend getting their spinach paneer (cheesy spinach curry) and lamb curry (lamb is super tender).
As for dessert I like getting their rice pudding and fresh fruits.
I've brought my friends here who lived in India for many years and she assures that the food here is close to the traditional Indian food she used to eat back in India. I am no expert in Indian food but I absolutely love this place!
