  • Upon arrival, they had our reservation printed out and our room keys ready - took about 1 minute to check in. We were late and the complimentary light meal in the evening was just ending. The people working that made sure we got everything we wanted before they started to close down. They even came and checked with us at our table to see if we wanted another glass of wine. We needed directions to two different places and they are articulate and exact. Rooms were clean and comfortable. On the morning we checked out housekeeping knocked on our door and asked if we needed anything before we checked out. Breakfast in the morning was a full breakfast. Could not have been a better experience. This is close to the airport - but we didn't hear any planes.
