  • Let me say first, that the front desk staff are very nice. The housekeeping and hotel is a very different story though. I paid $654 for 3 nights , two separate rooms. I booked through bookit .com. I have stayed at Wyndham Hotels before and they are very nice. Not this place though. The rooms and Furniture are beat, which I can deal with as long as things are clean. I've never stayed in a more disgusting hotel in my life. The bathrooms are a complete nightmare. Not only are they dirty and disgusting, but they are dangerous. The tubs have a very funny stain at the bottom which is due to the fact that they do not drain completely after running the water. The center of the tub is giving out and is lower than the drain. Molding is loose around the mirror, stains on the back of the door, filth everywhere. Various staining on the carpet, bed sheets and linens. Not what you expect for this price. I paid a lot less and stayed in places a lot cleaner hotels. The air conditioning did not work the first night. Before calling maintenance I decided to pull the filter. Both were plugged completely. After cleaning the filters and doing the best I could do to clean the cabinet, the air conditioning works perfectly. We end up cleaning our room our ourselves and making our beds as we did not want housekeeping to come in. They dont know how to clean anyway. Trash that in the front lobby in common areas for days without being cleaned. Pool area is a disaster with chipping paint filth and mold everywhere. The driveway has large potholes which could damage your car while driving in. Staining on the hallway walls and carpeting. It really didn't seem to be any point in complaining. Even the card holders for the room keys are reused. Ours had several room numbers that were crossed out as our room number was put on. Obvious that housekeeping has no clue what they're doing, so why say anything. The breakfast was very slim pickings, out of everything. Really feeling ripped off for the price I paid. Will not stay here again. Don't be fooled by the Wyndham name. This is nothing like any Wyndham Hotel I ever stayed in.
