  • I have waited months to write this review as I wanted to fully complete my treatments and give you an accurate portrayal of both my experience and the results. I bought a full-legs package (6 treatments) on Groupon for $400. I understand that LHR is usually incredibly expensive (the Groupon was for 80% off) but this still made a huge dent in my wallet so I was hoping it would be worth the investment. I scheduled my first appointment with them and then every appointment following within the suggested gap of 6-8 weeks. As the time passed, it got incredibly harder and harder to book appointments with them. On one front, they would only take full-hour available blocks for a full leg treatment, which is very hard to find. They also only had blocks in the middle of the day, which made it impossible for me since I work 8am-5pm and this place is an hour away from my job. If I had to go out of town, rescheduling for anything 3 weeks out was virtually impossible, so i often had to wait up to 14 weeks between treatments just because I couldn't get on their calendar. Just incredibly frustrating. In terms of their personnel, I had a range of experiences with them. There are 3 girls total: 2 co-owners and one employee (who may also be a relative). The lady I started my treatments with was extremely outgoing and talkative-which is great because I am not. She was also the one to explain to me the process and the results I should expect to see from beginning-to-end. She told me my hair would take longer time to grow, it would then get thinner, patchier and then the pores/follicles would reduce until it looked smooth. She even showed me her legs with LHR as an example of an end-product. Another employee/owner then completely changed the story of my "expected results" once I got to my 3rd/4th treatment, which made me vary wary about who to trust. For anyone that has had LHR, we know that results are based a lot on complexion, color of hair and sun exposure. Within those categories I was a great candidate so I did not expect any shortfalls in my experience. I was aware that it would take a couple of sessions to get some visible results so I was patient. However, after the 3rd, 4th and 5th sessions I started voicing out my concerns. I told them how my hair wasn't finer, getting patchy or thinning out. I told them I was concerned and they continued to assure me that it would happen and that they were adding intensity to the laser with every appointment. They had also told me horror stories about "other LHR places" that keep the laser intensity at a minimum to force their customers into buying more treatments to get results. I was happy to hear that they didn't do that, but became more distrustful when I didn't see results myself. At my 6th and final session they asked me if I wanted to purchase more treatments. I explained to them that I hadn't seen any results with them and that I had been extremely successful with my LHR in other body parts and places in AZ. They attributed it to me just not working well with THEIR particular type of laser and that I should buy a package elsewhere. They didn't apologize or try to make it better. They had also offered me a free small-area treatment after not being able to book me on time for my 5th appointment- but they never followed through with providing that to me. I followed up with Groupon to let them know of my experience but I couldn't get my money back for the bad purchase. I understand that LHR isn't an exact science and that results vary, but I hope my experience helps you make a decision when making a financial investment on your skin. Best of luck to ya!
