  • I'm not happy with the services I receive here. A while back I was 3rd in line. Just to get my order taken, I had to wait 45 minutes, and then an additional 20 for my drink... and it was the wrong drink. They weren't busy, there was just a very talkative crew and they were all on their phones. The manager reached out and gave me free drink vouchers. The next time I came, I tried to use one, it got denied. Two employees said they have never seen them and that I couldn't use it. Cool. A month later I gave them my punch card and they said my stamps aren't valid stamps EVEN THOUGH this location is the one I got all the stamps from. I looked at the new card they gave me with the new stamps and they were the EXACT same. I have to drive out of my way an extra 15 minutes to go to the one in Tempe but when I go there, I know they won't disappoint me
