  • Horrible service from Margie at the front desk. As we were checking out, I casually mentioned how cold and dirty the pool was. I let her know the lifeguard said they had shut off the heater because there weren't many guests here. She had total attitude and said "I don't know what you're talking about because our pool isn't heated". She showed no concern for resolving the situation or making it better. After we paid way more than this was worth, she didn't even thank us. We were married here three years ago and we will never be back again. What kind of $240 on a Monday night resort doesn't have a heated pool and great service?!
