My previous review expressed my appreciation for the great service and premium food we found at the Aria Buffet. My current review expresses my deep disappointment!
The servers behind the food counters are disengaged and surly. If they answer a question, it's in clipped tones without meeting your eyes. Our waitress only picked up our empty dishes twice.
The food was so mediocre that it should have sold at a discount, not at $33 for breakfast /brunch. How can they get cut fruit wrong? They all tasted like they were soaked in water before being brought out.
I have some advice for the management. If you want to keep the price that you currently have, you need some serious upgrades.
1. Don't hire the cheapest staff.
2. Train them in the basics of customer service or make them work behind the scenes.
3. Don't use canned soups. People can tell.
4. Don't use frozen dimsum. It's really bad.
5. Don't up charge for seafood then serve C grade product. Your shrimps were the size of a babies pinky finger.
Don't expect us back. Although we are sad about that fact. Our Vegas trips always included Aria. Not anymore. We couldn't understand why the ratings were going down, now we know.
Oh, they also charge for parking!
