  • Incredible disappointed and off put by this store. I've been a loyal Home Depot shopper for all things related to home repair and the like. I purchased a gallon of paint, specifically asking for the "Golden nectar" shade. I was not verified on the color just thrown the gallon of paint and shipped on my way. Trusting I had the right color I went home and painted my entire room. I needed to go back to grab another quart to finish off some last minute touches and asked for the same color. After making my last touches and letting it settle I realize I have an entire wall that's a completely different shade than the other amidst the other spots I touched up. I compared the two cans and realized I was given a whole gallon of paint that was a shade darker than what I had asked for. I've already spent multiple days painting this room due to lack of time and here I am having to go to Home Depot for a third time in a week. I go back to the store to explain my situation and the stores lack of care to detail on my home goods. The manager was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my simple request to resolve my problem. I had to buy an entire new gallon of paint and was offered after several requests a quart of paint. Nothing else, and each employee I encountered besides the greeter was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I will not be returning to this Home Depot and will be looking to Lowe's from here on out.
