  • Ok. Its cheaper than average. That doesn't excuse front counter guy, and vet to be insulting and rude. If you don't like your job,move on. Counter dude has a position where the childish behavior is simply a power trip that is comical. He was meaner to the elder, which not there yet, I find to be degrading and flat out piss poor.The vet chick started out being short and a bit insulting. She did get better. To her credit. This place makes a TON of money. Due to the assembly line effect. I will be getting a service dog soon. Thankfully the VA will take care of it. I would never put her here. My bottom line......just treat people with respect. Busy or not. Lose the "your getting a good deal, your not wanted attitude". We are paying YOUR bills. AND, clean the place up. Again, busy or not. Disease!! Pick-up was good. The girl was very nice. She brought it from a single star, to 2. *the girls in the morning were nice also*
