  • We created our wedding registry with Macys and went to purchase an item off of it after the big day. Although we have had several great customer experiences at Robinson Macys, we were blown away by the way Gift Registry Constultant Wil Wentzel. What an absolute gem you have! My husband and I both have careers in sales and customer service and Wil still managed to wow us. Not only did he tell us what a great product we were getting but he also took the time to explain the benefits of the Registry program. Wil had a positive and engaging demeanor and gave us his card after the transaction. I would like to tell Macys that Wil is an asset to your company and encourage you recognize his outstanding dedication.
