  • My husband and my mother - and has just returned from the Tire Depot. After my mother going to Canadian Tire and getting the run-around and a rip off "upsell" not to mention the typical pathetic customer service that the Canadian Tire's seem to be dishing out these days)....sales clerk was unhelpful and non-chalant in offering no-knowledge, no-assistance, and not checking availability of their apparently "non available" flyer offer. My husband decided to check out the Tire Depot (boy am I glad he did) So my husband went to the Tire Depot (not only were they helpful but also they were ready to close the store for the day and still the gentleman at Tire Depot took his time (with no rush to us) and gave my husband a fantastic deal with tires and installation. 4 All Season Tires with Install included (good quality tires) for around $300 (wayyyy better than the Canadian Tire and excellent customer service to boot). The gentleman at Tire Depot was friendly, approachable, knowledgable, cared about customer service, wants to make the deal a win-win for both parties and offers a good price (with installation included). It's nice to support another local business. So Canadian Tire - you can kiss us goodbye - as from now on we will be using the Tire Depot everytime. I really recommend these guys.
