  • A few weeks ago I bought a new M550i from Bits Fajardo. The car was special-ordered from BMW to get exactly the finishes, features and options I wanted, and of course there was a moderate waiting period until the car was finished, shipped and delivered. It was well worth the wait to get my new dream car, just the way I wanted it. Throughout the process Bits Fajardo provided me all the information I needed to spec out the car and complete the transaction. Bits was more than helpful, thoroughly professional, and responsive to my needs. Bits is the most knowledgeable BMW representative I have ever had the pleasure to work with. In fact the entire Chapman staff that helped me from Bits and sales manager Renate Steinbach to the technical BMW "genius" Karen Wilson made this a thoroughly pleasant experience from purchase to delivery. Great work by Chapman BMW and its employees!
