I did a lot of research before choosing my vet clinic. The reason I picked The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic was because of their reviews, they have a boarding facility, they groom, and they have a pet insurance plan. My dog, Leroy Brown, had a slight cough. I took him in on a Sunday morning and we were seen almost immediately. The Vet was extremely friendly and helpful. He recommended oral surgery because of the decay in my dog's teeth. I scheduled the surgery as well as vaccinations. The clinic called me to confirm the appointment the day before and walked me through pre-op instructions. It eased my anxiety a bit knowing what to expect the next day. I dropped off Leroy in the morning and was completely walked through the whole experience. They informed me I would be called before they did extractions. After Leroy had done blood work, I was called before they started surgery to ensure the vet and I were on the same page. I truly appreciated this communication. The surgery went well and I was even called mid surgery to ensure the pricing was something I was comfortable with. They took a few hours post surgery to make sure Leroy was healing well. Upon pick up, I was given antibiotics and walked through after care, thoroughly. (They even gave me pictures of Leroy before surgery, his x-rays, and photos his teeth). The Scottsdale Vet Clinic made me feel extremely comfortable and they have shown me that they truly care about my pet's well-being. Thank you all!
