  • As HGI's go this in a well established hotel with superior service. Being I am one of the only consultants from the US and actually working Christmas week I feel compelled to give them a review. Being Toronto we had a lot of snow and they could have done a better job keeping the side walks open. That said I was very impressed with the service, value and quality of the facility. Far better than the HGI in Vaughan. The owners here are Asian and are very meticulous in the delivery of their service. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The cleaning staff did a great job. The food service was limited to breakfast because of the holiday but the service was perfect. There was even free sandwiches in the evenings. The feel was that of a older grand Hilton's of the past. The bar was spacious and did not over charge. Great value. Will stay there again!
