  • The service department is terrible, the most simple repair takes forever!!! I've seen other people, in for an oil change, leave without the complimentary car wash because they couldn't wait the customary 3 hours. Rodeo Ford needs to understand people have schedules, and they own a car for a reason. This was my second bad experience, and my last!! I'll never go back. STAY AWAY!!!!
