  • Still trying to get a bill dispute resolved and spoke with a lady who finally returned my call because the supervisor who I was dealing with no longer works there, this is the same supervisor who promised 2 gas cards well over 2.5 months ago and this new lady said I'd hear back from her in 72 hours and that was 2 weeks ago. If this bill ever appears on my credit report I'll file suit. I'd give zero stars if I could as this is one disastrous company- STAY AWAY This problem has worsened after a Supervisor who said had handled the problem and got me to go to another facility no longer works there and when I contacted billing department over 40 days ago she said she would hold my account until she hears from facility but now they have sent my account to collections and now I will be filing suit against this company for damages to my stellar credit.
