  • 5 stars to the instructors only. Management there has some opportunities that the owner needs to correct. My son started taking swimming lessons with Victoria and I couldn't be happier with the instructor. Victoria is a very happy, patient and caring instructor who knows how to effectively deliver instructions in a fun way. Also, she always remember to say hello to my son and remembers his name which is a big deal because there are so many students. My son was moved to the next level and Victoria recommended Instructor Andrew( everyone recommend him: clients, from desk reps) shout out to Rebecca who has provides the best customer service as well. Andrew is truly amazing instructor. He is very responsive, always on time and very flexible. He has gotten our son to be more comfortable in the water and is patently fixing his form ( torpedo legs). My husband and I truly feel lucky and grateful to have him as our son swimming instructor. Note: I am very disappointed in the management there for not contacting us back on the express swim nor informing us the changes in Mr. Andrews schedule. My husband and I get off work early just to make sure our son is in his class because we feel he truly is passionate about his job and the great improvement that we have seen from our son having better swimming form. We over heard from other parents there a couple of weeks ago that he was getting promoted to a management position and we hope he gets it because he deserves it. Good luck!!we do not want to loose you as our sons instructor.
