  • When I first hired this company, Ed came out and got my pool sweep working and did a great job for the first few weeks while he was coming himself. Then they started sending one of their other employees (unfortunately I don't know his name). Two weeks he did not show up at all and the other weeks he would show up, throw in 2 tabs of chlorine, and leave. The only week he actually cleaned my pool was because I happened to be home that morning and I stood outside the back door and watched him so he had to. Repeatedly I complained that my pool was not getting cleaned each week. After the second complaint, Ed took over my pool care again and while he was handling it everything was clean and great. Again (without telling me) they started sending the other employee, and right away my pool was constantly filthy again. So disappointed. I was excited about all the 5 star reviews, only to be extremely disappointed and having to start this search all over again.
