  • Scheduled an appointment and Erik came out today. He was professional, personable, reasonably priced, and did great work. I had valves that were leaking outside next to the hose which has been an ongoing issue since I purchased this house. The leak recently got pretty bad and was filling a bucket of water per day. Erik walked me through the construction of the set up and showed me that the valve was not actually serving any purpose as it was not connected to anything. He was able to remove the unnecessary valves that were causing the issue. The set up is now much more simple and most importantly, no longer leaking! While Erik was here, I also had him disconnect a second washing machine I had set up in the garage that was no longer in use. From the time I called him, he had a very quick response time (called me back within 5 minutes), came out as scheduled and completed the work. I have used other plumbing services in the past but never felt compelled to write a review. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs I may have!
