  • Got a coupon in my email for a certain 3 wick candle on sale for $10 today only. I went incredibly out of my way to go to the store to take advantage of this deal since their candles are ridiculously expensive otherwise. Got to the checkout and the cashier says that the email was "an error" and they can't honor them. I asked for the manager and she was like "yeah sorry, corporate accidentally sent those out. Can't honor it" and just refused to accommodate a coupon that THEY sent. Very poor customer service, will never shop here again. Plenty of other places to buy candles!
