  • Bardot could exist nicely in Paris. The interior is totally authentic and reminded me of the times I have spent in Paris. The food matches the ambiance and the service was impeccable. We both had the salmon and it was superb. I don't know how they got the skin perfectly grilled but it was. I started with the goat cheese beet salad and it also was very good with the baked goat cheese being outstanding. I used to eat in the same space when it was American Fish which was very beautiful and served great food. It is amazing how in Las Vegas a place as nice as American Fish can be replaced with another outstanding restaurant.
