  • The second time I came back to see Chynna, I was charged $120 for a root touch up, no toner. I paid it because I felt trapped since I was already in the chair and had waited 40 minutes, but I will definitely not come back. I like Chynna, but I can't afford to pay those prices. Re owner comment - what you probably did is raise your price for a touch up to $120 so I'd end up paying the actual price after the Yelp deal. Even $90 is pretty outrageous. I went somewhere else and got a cut AND root touch up for $75, so I'll be going there from now on.
