  • Impressive, Harrah's! Our newly renovated room in the Valley tower was one to be excited about. Having just been renovated a few months ago, there is still a new smell scent even in the wooden cabinent and dresser. Decor is modern/contemporary from the frosted glass sliding door of the bathroom, the bathroom fixtures including a rain shower head , ample bathroom counter space, large bathroom mirror, the dark woods of the furniture, the bright lighting fixtures, the two night stands equipped with built in outlet and even a usb charger, to the headboard that lights up for a little mood lighting. Ladies, I know you'll appreciate this: One large mirror at entrance and another mirror almost as big as the window provides for great selfies, getting dressed and makeup application. The lighting, in my opinion, is probably the best and brightest that I've experienced in a Vegas hotel, great for the aforementioned reasons. No problems with the a/c as it pumped out the cold air just like it should without any loud noises. We chose Harrahs because of the price and close proximity to Venetian but were apprehensive about what kind of room we were going to end up with. So glad we decided to upgrade for an extra $20 a night. Great room for the value. The food court is not too shabby either which also appears to be newer than the casino floor and there's a lot of variety to choose from. The casino itself is located right across from the Forum Shops of Caesar, and in a central location on the strip. Older casino, but the tables are cheaper and the slots get a lot of play. I wouldn't mind staying here again if it's a newer room.
