  • My first time here today! Found them on Google with really great reviews, and located on the same strip as Albertson's on Boulder Highway. Never tried threading, and I don't know what took me this long to try it!! Needless to say, I was greeted with exceptional friendliness when I first called for same day appointment, and Indra, who answered the call, was extremely friendly and told me to just walk in today with no problems. When I entered the salon, I was also received with warm welcomes from Indra and Laxmi. I only waited for about 5 minutes, maybe less before Indra took care of me. She let me know there may be little pain, and I let her get started on my eyebrows first, and it was just a sweeping motion, and felt no pain or discomfort. It just feels like a rubbing sensation, is all. Waxing makes you feel a lingering burn and sensitivity right after, but this was AMAZING! Upper lip around closest to the lips was a TEENY bit of pain, but nothing you can't bear. It goes away quickly compared to waxing that you know skin was just ripped from you. Sideburns in certain areas that were higher towards the hairlines, I did feel. The slight stinging didn't linger though, I do want to give a heads up that you will feel it there mostly. She also cleansed the areas with Witch Hazel, which is absolutely wonderful inflammation and great as a natural toner. After waxing, the areas are usually red, irritated, puffy, and photosensitive. I felt none of these nor saw any, which is relieving. Indra is also super accommodating, and always asked me how I am doing or if I am okay, knowing that the areas she was threading were sensitive. I really appreciated her kindness and I am looking forward to returning here in about 3-4 weeks for a touch-up!
