absolutely terrible experience. I called twice a day for 3 weeks and left voicemail's for my adjuster(not sure if that's what she was). She only bothered to call me back once towards the end. I then escalated to her supervisor who then received another 6-10 voicemail's over the course of a week from me with no call back. I finally contacted the manager and she said they just cut me a check (it was my minor sons car) and would send it to me tomorrow. I had been telling them in voicemail's all along that the car was in a shop and they needed to deal with the shop not me. They were trying to totally low ball me and wow me with a check that would have only covered about half the damage. I refused to accept the check and we are currently in limbo while they figure out how to deal with the shop. Complete and utter disregard for service, for my intelligence, and decent ways to do business. Extremely negative experience....and it still isn't done
