  • Notorious for long drive-thru times, not advising when products are sold out (reserve coffees), overall mediocre service, continually forgetting about your clover drink, and getting your drink wrong. There are times where they put the drive-thru customers ahead of in store customer and you think to yourself "hmmm, how did 11 cars just go through the drive-thru and only two people in store by the time my drink was done."
