  • I really wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first visit to any EWC location and was going because my sister was (her first visit to this location). Getting the free brow wax was a nice surprise as I didn't know that was offered until we called to make the appointment. We showed up on time and we're promptly greeted, checked in, and taken back for our respective appointments (I believe Brooke was my technician?). I know it was the morning of Christmas Eve but that has got to be the worst wax I've experienced. I believe they use hard wax and it felt like she was waxing all down my cheeks too! I have sensitive skin and normally it barely hurts or doesn't hurt at all when I get my brows waxed but this HURT. I'm not happy with how they turned out either (I had major patches left that I had to fix myself later) but I didn't say anything while there because I just wanted to leave. Glad to see all the positive reviews but book at your own risk. While waiting there were two people who came in for touch ups due to mistakes. I will not be returning.
