  • Wish I could give this place a 0 star but I don't have that option. I show a picture of what I want at the consultation. She tells me she can do it so we make the additional appointment. Once my hair is done, I notice it does not look like anything like the picture! So I text her and she tells me she will fix it and to come back. Once I get there she tells me I need to pay another session for HER MISTAKE. Boss comes in the conversation and I would think she would be nice but nope both ladies were getting loud and arguing with me so realizing how disgusting customer service is, I leave and never come back. I'm more upset of the fact I paid for my hair and it didn't come out the way I wanted and had to change it somewhere else. DO NOT GO THERE WAY OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
